I booked a table for 2 guests from overseas and myself recently.

First of all, we asked the male waiter who was taking our orders to recommend the popular dishes to us but he just stood there saying nothing. Then we tried asking him again as we thought he might not have heard us, he still didn't say anything so we gave up and picked from the menu randomly.

Then in the middle of our meal, I waved and called out to one of the staff standing near us as I wanted some chilli oil. She saw me but then decided to look away. That was shocking as I have never encountered this kind of humiliating behaviour before in any restaurant in London!

As other reviews found online say, there are other Chinese restaurants around that area with much better service and good food at lower prices. It's basically not worth visiting Yauatcha.
