Worst hotel experience of my life. I travel across the US for work. I found this place online and decoded to check it out. I stayed for 4 months. My stay started off fine until i found bugs in my room. I went to see the front desk and they said they would spray the room with a oderless spray. I had to wait in my car for 4 hours before the smell went away. Then i rebooked online through expedia with a 6 day night stay. On day 3 i went to my room and all of my belongings were gone. I was staying in a ada room as i am legally blind. I went to the front desk and they told me they dont know what happened to my stuff. They said i only had 3 nights paid for. I tried to show them my expedia confirmation with the confirmation of 6 nights. The G.M. i say G.M. very loosely. More of a trailer trash drug addict told me she didnt care that i paid over $400 for my stay and i could go somewhere else since i got upset that they took my belongings from my room. My belongings contained my medical items for my eyes. Then the G.M. 86'd me from the building. And didnt want to hear about my expedia invoice. I will be cokntacting the better business bureau. I dont reccomend this hotel to anyone not even the inmates on death row. Stay away from this dump and dont try to get any customer service from Crystal there so called G.M.
