Sent us a severely scratched helmet and did not accept or return , and we had to pay the customs duty on the purchase, WOW every time I put this helmet on my pretty little head I feel molested by them. They bully you by stating that you purchased from the USA and make you pay for their mistakes , I see them on EBAY and they have NEGATIVE Comments , what a waste of a company , we pleaded with them to just send a new shield and will keep the $ 499.00 scratched helmet and they repeatedly told us to blow smoke, YUCK Stay away, I am so angry that they would think so little of the USA sales.
