Well maintained, just like international standards. Surprisingly clean loos. Kids love the place. Novotel imagica is also good with neat n clean rooms, and crisp linen. Good restaurants so avoid taking the package meal at the theme park...it gets overcrowded. Water park is also well maintained. If you can, do buy Express tickets as it does help at most of the places in cutting the queue on a weekend. Nice parade in the evening. Cute souvenir shops propped all around. Nice fun place to go with friends and family.
