These guys come across as nice but unfortunately after showing us one rental agreement the costs a year later were 40% more than they told us.

They also own the building, surprise, surprise. Just make sure you get your lawyer to look at any agreement you get from them before you sign it. Cost me an extra $50,000 a year for the next 4 years.
