Parcels are always simply left in front of the front door, regardless of whether I'm at home or not. I have not issued a parking permit. Shipments are also parked in such a way that anyone who passes by can simply take them with them.
Tracking states that parcels were handed over to me personally, although this is never the case.
I've pointed this out to the drivers several times, but they don't understand German. Impossible.
