Very greedy bunch of people. I have signed up for their homecare service and , they keep changing staff every week. The worst part is they will not inform us that there is going to be a replacement until the replacement nurse lands at our house... They are an arrogant bunch of people who don't empathise with the patient or the patient family.
They don't bother about giving a handover to the replacement nurse.. literally you have to teach the new staff about medication and other activities.
Eldos the manager at portea is an impolite fellow.. only interested in money.. he will ask the patient party to pay extra money if you ask for a proper handover.
