My overall experience was very good. Jimmy Nguyen made himself available to help us compare the 2012 Highlander SE and the Limited option and pointed out the major differences as well as providing a test-drive opportunity. He was knowledgable in explaining the contract and financing process and made the paperwork go quickly. Where he was most helpful was in conveying our expectations and pricing offer to management and coming back with an amount that both sides found reasonable, as well as getting approval for a special condition on the down payment that saved a great deal of time, effort and money on my part and allowed me to make the purchase that day rather than having to come back. In all, the process went smoothly, and we left with a vehicle that we are very happy with. We would definitely recommend Jimmy and Toyota of Palo Alto to others and would be happy to do business with them again in the future.
