Customer for several years. Given this dealership many opportunities but they have not been able to redeem themselves. Very snobby attitudes from all employees. Rarely get return calls to voicemails even when its just a service question. Have had to switch service providers many times. The sales representatives are very opinionated and unprofessional, they push their personal agenda instead of LISTENING to customers needs and concerns and get angry when you express you are unhappy instead of apologizing. No follow up during my lease but yet when the lease is up almost a daily flyer or email to repurchase or sign another lease. Do not recommend.
