Really disappointing. I spoke with several attendants and several gave me false information. One even judged me to speak, telling me that I used too much the expression "in the background", while I explained to him my situation. The staff on the phone is really arrogant, condescending, impatient and he is not trying to help. As long as you do not have questions or complaints a little more complicated, everything is correct, but as soon as you deal with them it becomes big anything.
And no way to make a complaint: no one remembers you or replies to your emails.
