We received a damaged shower cabin, we did not notice it on delivery or our specialists during assembly. Inequality is small, but when I bought a cabin for more than 2,000 zlotys (altus) I was expecting something without any damage / nuisance. When we tried to advertise the cabin in response, we received information that we have to contact your service technician (we paid for it) when we called him openly, he said over the phone that if it is a small defect, there is no chance to consider the complaint. In conclusion - the price-quality ratio of your products is tragic, not to mention the complaint procedure, I regret that I have purchased your product and will not commit such an error anymore and keep my friends' warning about it.
