The service I have and have had has always been go...

The service I have and have had has always been good. The only thing I can think of that may be on the negative side is, it so expensive and there's no real other alternatives. If you can't afford what is offered then you're just out of luck. Don't get me wrong, the service that is provided is good but just not for the average working class with a normal size family to be able to adequately entertain the household. God forbid you may be a little late on a payment, your service is discontinued, leaving you to pay reconnect fees and whatnot. I would like to see Suddenlink roll out service packages designed to work around individual household financial needs. That would be great..
