Really can't rate Derek and his team highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and to work with him again in the future.
We have undertaken a huge amount of renovation work to our Victorian house which given its four stories is a substantial structure to support during the construction work. We are delighted with the end result - which despite the severity of the engineering challenge all completed without any engineering issues. We did however encounter disputes between contractors and a utility company which frankly we would not have been able to resolve without Derek's expert guidance, intervention and arbitration. We could never have foreseen those challenges but were massively reassured to have access to the wealth of Derek's experience when the construction challenges arose. Great job.
