Don't bother. I have had 2 of their unloader braces, the one and a custom CTI. The One has dials or ratchet system that is useless. Either the brace gets too tight or too lose. The ratchet broke only after week. The CTi custom brace was made wrong. The bottom and top parts of the connecting point to the hinge were bent. If the Velcro pads don t rest securely against your leg, leaving gaps, the brace moves the bottom of the brace was too long and brace kept shifting (falling). I had to strap the brace so tight I ended up bruising my leg. The angle at which the CTI unloader is set is a fixed position and can t be changed. The joint between the bottom and top were poorly put together (the frame). Even though it was wrapped in carbon fiber, that to was done poorly (bumpy and pitted and cracked). It was inspected by #40. I was in the for 2 and half weeks and the CTI for 4 days. I never got response back from submitting form on their own web site or emailing. They don t want to hear from the consumer. I guess they use "care provider as barrier and use the insurance companies as their source of income. No accountability for quality. This brace was suppose to last at least 4yrs
