My name is Jim Cherrick I received a liver transplant on Jan 9, 2015. Words can't express the gratitude I have for the care I received not only for me but also for my support team and family. Einstein hospital has a team concept that actually works. From the transplant coordinators ,to my team of pre transplant doctors, to the surgeons, and finally to the post transplant team. What a smooth transition that started with hope and now to a successful recovery.

Without organ donors this would obviously been impossible. I pray for the families of all organ donors. Please consider while reading this to sign up and be an orgon donor. Also thank you to the

Mixed in all of this is the most important part of the health industry, the nurses at Einstein who hold everything together for the patients and their families
