Archaic payment systems with no online method of setting up auto pay.

Outage reporting is all automated, outage map doesn't work. Reported an outage, after an hour a crew was assigned. Texted back for update and their system informed me there weren't any reported outages for my location. Reported again by text and was told the case was awaiting crew assignment again.

Tried calling to see what was going on but automated system just says an outage is already reported and hangs up.
