This organization has the worst customers service ...

This organization has the worst customers service I have experienced by far. The prices are extremely expensive not to mention the only customer service support you will receive is only via email. The company is not military friendly and creates stringent contracts to essentially scam you out of your hard earned money. After five months of payment to the subscription (without taking any courses). I attempted to cancel my subscription due to my current life style as military my schedule would not permit my attendance. The customer service representative only offer one month of credit instead of the one month reimbursement. I paid $475 in subscription services and the only restitution is a $95 credit to account that I don't have the liberty to use. This is the most expensive yoga studio within the Hampton Roads area and I choose it because of the travel convenience. I would advice anyone strongly against attending classes here because of the poor customer service, disregard, untimely responses (emails after midnight is the only correspondence I received), and dissatisfaction I assure you that you will experience. The contract is written that even if you attempt to cancel they will not respond to you in a reasonable time, remove the funds without just cause, and give you a credit to promote their financial greed and gain.
