Awful, awful service department. I tried 3 times to make a booking for a factory recall and an electrical issue, was told each time I'd get a call back from the booking team, and never did. Only by contacting BMW on social media did I eventually hear from the service manager, who palmed me off to someone else to make the booking. I got a booking for over a month away, and was told a courtesy car would be available. 4 days later, I'm told that a courtesy car isn't available, and that I'd need to move the booking even further away if I needed one. I understand there's no money in it for BMW to do a factory recall, but I needed something else looked at too, and I pay a substantial amount per month on a warranty for my car so if it goes wrong (which it will, it's a BMW), I can get it fixed. It honestly shouldn't be this hard to even get your car through the door. Stay away from this place.

Looking forward to the computer auto reply asking to email details so it can be 'looked at' too.
