I ordered a to-go pizza special and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the 20 minute mark and noticed it was very busy so when I paid I let them know that I just needed a time frame to come back to get my order, and that i COMPLETELY understood if it was going to take a little longer. No one ever came back to give me a time frame. I saw a pizza come in to the window, but NO ONE touched it and every time Jonah (the only person that actually helped me) would try to check it he would get swatted away. Finally after waiting 50 MINUTES and almost in TEARS (I had a hungry two year old waiting) I asked for a refund... The woman walked over to the window, checked the pizza that had been sitting there for the past 45 minutes, and shoved it in my hands telling me it MIGHT NOT BE EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED BUT SHOULD BE GOOD ENOUGH (it was EXACTLY what I ordered! IT WAS MY PIZZA THE WHOLE TIME! I had three different tables make comments to me and the staff saying, "This woman has been kind and patient with you guys! HELP HER!!!"). I didn't want to cause problems since it was already chaotic so I called when I got back home and spoke with Jonah who said, "I'm happy you saw her swatting me away! She does it to me all of the time!!!! No one ever believes me! I will make sure they refund you AND give you a gift certificate!!!!" I called back today and left a VM, but no one called me back... I called again at 4:45 and spoke with the manager who was SO RUDE to me!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE AND NASTY SHE WAS TO ME! I told her that I just wanted my money back and she kept trying to tell me, "Well, that's not how it works... I can't just reverse your charge from 24 hours ago. I will have a gift certificate waiting here for you", and I told her that we would not be coming back soon (if at all) so I would really appreciate my money back (mind you, I tried to resolve it THAT NIGHT BUT NO ONE WOULD HELP ME)! FINALLY, she RUDELY said, "WHAT IS YOUR ADDRESS? I GUESS I WILL SEND YOU A CHECK..." Yesterday was one of the FIRST days that I finally got out of the house after my bladder surgery to be treated like a pile of garbage!!! If you don't mind eating really good Italian food while being verbally abused by some of their staff and management then you will be more than happy dining/ordering takeout from this establishment!
