3 weeks passed as my 2 sites were down.

3 weeks passed as my 2 sites were down.
Last week they even didn t post any news.
How this could happen? They totally lost all my data.
They are claiming our speed-your success ))
But 3 weeks my sites dont work. About what my success you are talking??? Success of loosing my money?
