Some of the food dishes are okay but not anything ...

Some of the food dishes are okay but not anything to make it a memorable experience. I've tried the brisket twice, having tried it before and both times I found the brisket to gristle on both occasions. I've had briskets on many occasions at other establishments but here it is far to tough and it is difficult to cut with a knife...no exaggeration. The bears are fine but the food leaves a lot to be desired.
