After 18 months of employment here, it's unfortuna...

After 18 months of employment here, it's unfortunate that I have say this company doesn't really care about it's employees personal safety. They put on a good show when it comes to showing they care but behind the scenes it's more like productivity matters more than personal safety. In my former position I was almost always put in a position where I had to make a decision whether or not to drive an unsafe commercial vehicle. Bad brakes, Bad Tires, Poor Condition of trailers, poor condition of trucks, broken or non functioning lights and having to move equipment we shouldn't be moving in the first place like large capacity fuel tanks without proper safety procedures. These are just a few of many things this company would have employees do in order to "get the job done".. There are more. Also.. I've witnessed several instances of racial bias within this company..

Looking at the reviews aside from this one, it's clear the positive reviews are false considering they are mostly from employees in higher positions than regular field personnel. It's a shame..really..
