Very professional staff (office and shop staff) and a very busy and clean shop from the looks of it. We are a tow truck company that from time to time delivers vehicles to BMW Seattle so this review is based on the experiences and interactions with the service department staff. We have never had any issues when dealing with any of the employees as BMW Seattle. The staff is always very friendly and everybody has a great attitude. Keep up the great work guys!
