I am extremely satisfied with Westkin Associates and their services and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I required assistance with obtaining a spouse visa for my Egyptian husband to move to the UK.

My caseworkers were Oliver O'Sullivan and James Canlas, assisted by Vandana Ruda. Every aspect of the process was explained to me clearly from day one, so that I knew exactly what to expect, possible outcomes and timings etc. They have been professional and meticulous all the way through what felt like a difficult and lengthy process. In addition, they have been extremely patient and understanding with all my questions.

During the entire application procedure, they were fully supportive at all times. Their approach to me, my husband and our case was of genuine interest and concern from the start. Whilst we did experience one or two stumbling blocks, these were personal to my husband and I, or to do with external factors such as taking exams. Not related in any way to Westkin themselves.

When the time came for the visa application to be submitted, James and Vandana had compiled a very comprehensive file, and set everything up for me on the online system, ensuring that I only had to complete one or two small steps myself. This was such a relief and weight of my mind. It's a stressful situation enough on it's own, but they really took the worry out of it for me and dealt with everything from beginning to end.

Communication was good, they kept in touch often and when it came down to the final, nerve-wracking weeks, they were on hand constantly to see my husband and I through the last steps - very reassuring.

I am thrilled to say our result was positive, my husband is now living here in the UK with me and currently looking for work. Many of his friends back in Egypt cannot believe how swift and smooth the process was and are keen for the same help!

Westkin Associates delivered a first class service in every way, with patience and understanding throughout. My husband, my family and I cannot thank them all enough and we will return to the immediately for assistance to complete the settlement paperwork for my husband in a few years' time.
