Would give a 0 if I could. Probably spent at least...

Would give a 0 if I could. Probably spent at least 2 hours in all on hold on the phone. Had to call them 5 times as they were useless at calling me. I spend ages applying online, had to call them up to go over details. I emailed them my proof of work. Said everything was fine and they would send me terms and conditions. Took them 2 days to do that, I signed and gave them my bank details and a day later nothing was in my account so I called them up and they said they couldn't give me a loan because I was in a risky job, being in hospitality. I gave them my job title on the initial application so I have now wasted hours on the phone, given them all my details and waited weeks for contact that I ended up having to do. Complete waste of time on my end and theirs. Should just say in their website that you can't get it on furlough or if you work in hospitality which would have been fine if they hadn't waited a month to tell me after i spent hours getting in touch with them and signing contracts. I am very very disappointed and it has nothing to do with the money, just wasting my time.
