During a visit to the ER I was told I had to pay a certain amount in the ER because of my high deductible insurance plan. I used an FSA card to pay that amount which turned out to be $521.00 too much. That was almost 5 months ago and the hospital is not refunding my money. I have called 6 times and tried to escalate the situation and I keep getting told that it has to be approved. The money needs to go back to my FSA account which is not affected because of this. I am getting nowhere and getting the run around
