Every year we inform the Tarpon Springs P.O, of our temporary change of address IN PERSON and more often than not, none of our mail gets forwarded to our Canadian address. This has cost us in time and money on several occasions and of course, there is no recourse. When one tries to call them they don't answer their phones. Granted that the service is free, but if there is no service, that ends up being more expensive than what a monthly fee would be. In Canada, we pay for the forwarding service but it's reliable. Please clean up your act!
