If I could rate it a zero I would... My 80 year ol...

If I could rate it a zero I would... My 80 year old mother is currently sitting in the ER waiting room in excruciating pain for going on 3 hours!! If you need emergency care PLEASE go elsewhere! This is the worst "hospital" I've ever experienced in my 50 years on this planet!
