Hotel in a nice location, but service very mediocr...

Hotel in a nice location, but service very mediocre. We had to ask the housekeeper to empty our bins, event that we left the sign that room can be refreshed. The remote control was dirty like someone dropped it in their food. Breakfast nothing exciting. Apart from staff constantly asking us how we were with a big smile, we were pretty much left without any kind of service. The pool is nice, jacuzzi cold, gym not very nice. We asked for a babysitting service, because we were there for a wedding, the baby sitter told us that she was supposed to have only one child, so we had to spend the wedding with our baby outside of the wedding venue, as it was too loud for her to be inside. Honestly, if I ever go back to Galway, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
