Just checked in to our room and extremely disappointed with the hotel. First, no hello or welcome from the receptionist. She did not say a word to us until the end of the check in process. When we arrived to our room, dirty dishes were pilled outside of our room. Room smelled of cigarettes smoke despite it being a non smoking room. Asked for a change of room and they said they ll talk to management but did not hear back from them promptly until we called the operator again.
