As many of these other reviews state, Homestead Realty is a great place to go if you are a first-time home buyer. It can be a scary process, but Mike and his team made me feel extremely comfortable through it all. Instead of feeling nervous, ill-informed, and rather helpless, Homestead gave me the resources I need to walk away feeling confident, secured, and truly cared about. I did not feel silly asking questions along the way, no matter what they were. Extremely responsive, personable, and professional -- they are truly on your side. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
