Rep Neil who visited first was very helpful and informative.Chair delivered on time in six weeksDelivery team very friendly but arrived early, time slot was 9 to 12 and they arrived at 8.45.I had to pop out on an emergency so my elderly mother was alone. She asked them to wait for me to return but they seemed to be in a hurry.She felt they did not explain the workings of the chair properly or the emergency power pack and how to use it. It had been agreed with Neil that they would separate the beds that were brought ten years ago but my mother was told that it was really easy to do and it wasn't done. I arrived home as they were leaving about 9.20. Chair great but feel a little disappointed about delivery and felt they could have explained things a little better to my 85 year old mother.
