If I can, I will give zero star for this company. Avoid their product or services, if you can.
We ordered one shower door and one bath door from Holcam through Home Depot. Both of doors should come with "anti-jump" function. We confirmed about the "anti-jump" twice before the installation. However, when the technician came for installation last Thursday (5/18), he told me that the "anti-jump" kit was not shipped after he removed the old shower door. He said that he would install the door next day. On Friday (5/19), he told me that the kit was not shipped and should be able to install next Monday. Then, on Monday (5/22), the same thing happened. The "anti-jump" kit is still missing. Today is the fifth day that we do not have doors in our shower!!! The company simply do not value their business. The company does not deserve any trust from the loyal customers of Home Depot.
