Attempted to return an order of 8 coil packs for my vehicle (the coil packs did not work with my vehicle). I returned all 8 coil packs and was only issue'd a refund for one. So, rock auto now has my money and the coil packs; and they provide no means of correcting the issue on their website or via their contact #'s.
