Unpleasant. It leads it's paying patrons through slow congested rooms, like sheep to a slaughter. No freedom to carry on through, just more congested rooms after another. In my experience, the best chocolate factories are those that allow it's guests to move from one big open space to another at their own free will. Cadbury World however, and most of England for that matter, finds it normal to control the flow of EVERYTHING! If you're a conformist you'll enjoy this place, but if you're like me and want to create your own unique experience, then be prepared to find disappointment.
