If I had known they would be such a hassle when I first moved into one of their apartments I wouldn't have chosen them. I suggest finding a different management even if their homes are a little more pricey. They took about 10 extra days to "clean" it, when we moved in the garbage disposal didn't work, in my room my coax connection was bent and IN the other non-master room it was in the wall with no female connector on the outside. The parking is terrible, no guest parking. And their employees apparently can't communicate because when I asked them if our rent would go up, they said no. But we got a letter saying it would and all they had to say for it was "they shouldn't have told you that." I understand that you can't just give away stuff or money, they are a business after all, but a little compensation would have been nice like one month at a discount or something for the inconvenience. I could say more, but I'll leave it at that.
