Very poor customer service. Purchased a Zephyros 2 tent three weeks ago, and used it for the first time last week, 5 day camping trip. On the second day it started raining after I had pitched the tent. Within 5 minutes rain was coming through the top seam! Took it back today and all I receieved was a repeated "will have to send it off for testing" which would take 28 days.
This tent is not fit for purpose as it is leaking. All I was wanting was a replacement tent, even if it had meant spending more money. I even suggested they get some water to test it in the shop! My only recourse left is through the Small Claims Court.

Update - Following an email conversation they have offered a full refund. All this could have been avoided! But hats off to them, they have done the "right" thing
