Check in was activated very easily and pleasantly, on viewing the room and thinking it was on the small side we asked if they had any larger ones to which the answer was yes. Our new room was tip top. It was well serviced the second day. Dinner at night was ok depending on the meal that was chosen, we were in a group of 6. When the waiter brought the meals he had no idea what he was holding which did not inspire confidence. My creamed haggis was more cream than haggis, tattoos and neeps. The bar was appalling, the service was exceptionally slow, we waited at the bar for a good 10mins before it was recognised that we were at the bar and a further 10mins before we were served. The bar was not busy in fact we were the only ones at the bar!! It was shocking!!
