If I could give this hospital zero stars I would! A family of a 16yo who suffered a gunshot wound was refused access to him and made to wait outside for 4 hours before finally getting an update (a tragic one unfortunately) . The lack of empathy and communication is awful and if this was my kid I would be beside myself and taking action. No one was allowed to see him or get an update for 4 hours!!!!! These are human lives you are dealing with. I am a PA and would leave this place soooo fast if I worked there. You would be better off closing and forcing people to go to others hospitals who actually care!
