I have had great experiences with each visit at Refresh Dermatology, and Dr. Chilukuri has helped me with several skin challenges. PROS: 1) Dr. Chilukuri's experience and involvement in the Dermatology community. 2) Dr. Chilukuri's bedside manner. He is very easy to discuss skin issues with, no matter how embarrassing. 3) Dr. Chilukuri does not rush me when I have questions, and takes as much time as I need to fully understand a treatment and expectations. He also goes into as much or little detail as I need. 4) The staff. They are always pleasant and also take plenty of time to answer my questions. 5) The follow up. The doctor himself, as well as his staff, call me directly to check on me after treatment. 6) When discussing treatment options, Dr. Chilukuri considers how a treatment fits into my lifestyle and preferred time frame.
