I guess sitting on hold now for 55 minutes is a great time to leave a fair review. Non-responsive internal sales reps, hold times average 60 + minutes, all service related requests are automated losing that human touch most compliance vendors offers. I was able to reach customer service after 75 minutes and they were super helpful. It's hard to be upset at customer service when they're poorly staff. Management gets 1 star, but customer service was helpful so I gave them 3.
