I was placed in room 406. Both days I stayed there...

I was placed in room 406. Both days I stayed there we had issues with the water temperature. Both times an engineer was sent who managed to get the water warm. At no point did we have hot water. The second day in the room there was a very bad smell-I would have asked to switch rooms but I was tired and had a lot of stuff. I requested airport shuttle and was a few minutes late in the morning and was told it had already left. However, on the phone the evening before when I inquired I was not informed that it leaves every hour on the hour, therefore I had to book and pay for my own taxi. The door staff were very helpful and accommodating-I recommend that room 406 not be rented out until the water problem and smell are dealt with. As well, the shower head had very little water pressure. Overall, my stay at the movenpick west bay was sub-par and I would not stay there again or recommend this hotel to others.
