Jim was awesome. He new what was going on and fixed the issue within minutes. He was professional and friendly. He made me feel like I had known him for years. He also gave me great knowledge about my unit and showed me what my issue was with my back bedroom not getting any flow of air. I usually don't give feedbacj, but he deserved to have acknowledgement and if all of your employees are as good as he was, then you have a great company. Thank you Jim B.
