I have been working with International Technegroup Inc. for over a year now and I must say that the experience has been average. The company provides decent opportunities for growth but lacks proper communication channels. The management is also somewhat indifferent towards the needs of the employees. However, the work culture is good and the colleagues are friendly. Overall, it's an okay place to work.
