What we liked the most of our stay at Dory Bike Riccione is the whole Dory Bike experience but this would probably not be very helpful. So I would say that first and foremost we were impressed by the kindness, the patience, the willingness to help, the expertise, the customer focus and the positive attitude of the entire staff starting from the time we book our stay to when we left the hotel and including the reception crew, the restaurant/bar waiters/waitresses, the room maintenance, the cycling technical support and the cycling guides.

I should also add the availability and the quality of the service provided (e.g., bike rental, cycling clothes cleaning, restaurant/bar hours, cycling routes) as well as the quality and variety of the food/beverage provided
