I recently ordered some electrical supplies from their website. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get an update. 📦 The customer service was polite but not always very helpful. The quality of the products was average, and I didn't encounter any issues with the items I received. Overall, my experience was okay, but I would have appreciated more efficient shipping and better communication regarding my order status. 👍
