I have been a customer of Orndorff & Spaid for over 5 years and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do a decent job, there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly, but sometimes it feels like they are not fully knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I would recommend Orndorff & Spaid if you are looking for an average experience.
