I visited this hospital after our moving from another Dutch town to Amsterdam, referred to a specialist by my GP. I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews. I have to say, my experience was only positive.

Everything was well organized, on time, perfectly synchronised (reception, nurses, blood taking, doctor...). Super efficient and fast. I never needed to wait more than few minutes. Everybody was either very friendly, or at least professionally courteous. I obtained the results, the subsequent letters and phone calls on time.

Oh, and I really appreciated that the doctor made sure to test not only the absolutely necessary (as was my experience previously) - he suggested some tests that I did not have in the past and clearly explained why; it made a lot of sense and it made me feel reassured. He also appeared very knowledgeable and with great overview of more than one field of medicine - despite his rather young age. He was also very professional, friendly and supportive.

Maybe the building does not give the impression of a super modern place, but that is just the building, it is an old house; however, the equipment and the services are very modern, of course.
