Last night (04/25/2018) we found a dog, frightened and in a state of restlessness who was lost, working near the clinic, we thought of contacting her for help on how to move .. well !! the rebellion, the ACIDITY and the low competence of the doctor on duty were disarming. After calling the police, whom I couldn't intervene immediately, he sent us back to the clinic. We decide to go there in person ... The lady (because the doctor cannot be called) answered us, who did not know what to do, who did not take the dogs etc, we had to ask ourselves if he could read the chip to find out if it belonged to someone to open, skip the reading on the left side and tell us that it has no chips. I ask you to make a more precise control, and she replies that the chip is placed on this side and is located ("my dog is much lower, because he tends to move). This lady tells us that she don't know what to do with it, and maybe we can look for a police station !! We are speechless! if we were tourists and had to start over, how could we do, didn't even ask a question , even if the dog was visibly in a state of ansia. One of my friends decides to bring him home, the dog is reassured, this morning is brought to the trusted veterinarian .. AND GUESS !!! THE DOG IN THE MICROCHIP , IT'S CALLED LEDY and has already been returned to the owner!
I'll let you judge, I can't judge the whole structure, but surely the lady of yesterday had better change jobs, her attitude is called the Emergency Omission, she is ethically refused to help us and would be denounced .
