I have had the infuser for 5 months and for the past month I have been trying to get a replacement 2 cup dual wall filter. I have reached out to customer service multiple times via email and have gotten no response and my work schedule prohibits me from being able to call. I am so disappointed in this machine and the lack of customer service.
